Terms & conditions of sale of Gift Voucher

• A Gift Voucher is a valuable document – it should be kept in a safe place
• The Gift Voucher is transferrable to another person (upon prior arrangement with Escapadehfb)
• The Gift Voucher must be redeemed by the due date (within 6 months of purchase)
• The Gift Voucher will be deemed void if either notice of cancellation for a package is not received within 24 hours OR the holder of the gift voucher defaults on attendance for the appointment
• Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash
• Gift Vouchers may be redeemed in products and services, or a mix thereof
• Extra services requested above the value of the Gift Voucher will be charged at normal rates
• Gift Vouchers purchased expressly for the Laser Treatment section of Escapadehfb cannot be transferred to hair services
• Gift Vouchers purchased expressly for hair services cannot be transferred to the Laser Treatment section of the salon
